- SIDA minority AIDS outreach program
- AVANCE crisis-intervention services
- Boulder Public Library multicultural reading program and space for off-site library
- Boulder Parks and Recreation off-site recreational activities
- Latino Parent Program
- Boulder Valley School District
- Boulder Police Department
