GOVERNANCE
The Family Learning Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that sets and oversees policies and fiscal management of the FLC, and an Executive Director that manages day-to-day operations. The Board is comprised of community leaders, business professionals, educators and representatives from the families we serve.
The Board of Directors has 100% financial participation and gives an average of 15 hours per month in volunteer services. The FLC has over 200 community volunteers who provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to the children and families we serve.
